2. Who can buy from us
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
We currently sell and ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, please contact us and we will let you know if we can help.
3. Our products
SKULAIR® HEADGEAR is sold in one size, in five variants: Extra Short, Short, Medium, Long, Extra Long.

We try to show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your device is an exact match for the fabric.
Product availability can change. We may add, change or stop selling any product at any time.
SKULAIR is a registered trademark of SKULAIR, LLC. The SKULAIR® HeadGear is covered by US Patent 9,138,025.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and we have already accepted.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Your order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- the product is out of stock
- there has been an error in the price or the product description
- we cannot take payment
- we suspect the order is fraudulent
- we are not able to deliver to your address
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes may have conditions attached, such as an expiry date or a minimum order. Unless we say otherwise, only one code can be used per order. We may withdraw a code at any time.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds

8. Using this website
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy, reproduce or resell any part of the site
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or could damage it
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the site
9. Our content
Everything on this site — the SKULAIR name and logo, photographs, illustrations, text and page designs — belongs to SKULAIR, LLC or is used with permission. You may not use any of it without our written consent.
If you send us photographs, reviews or other content, you are giving us permission to use it in our marketing, on the website and on social media, unless you tell us otherwise.
10. Our responsibility to you
We stand behind our product. We will provide it with reasonable care and skill, and it will match the description on our site.
That said, there are limits. To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable
- we are not responsible for business losses, since our products are sold for personal use
- our total liability to you for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order
Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Texas.
